The Canadian Journal of Medical Cannabis (CJMC) is intended as the first scholarly clinical publication devoted to curating and disseminating discoveries concerning the therapeutic use of cannabis in patient care to Canadian physicians
CJMC provides a survey of précis, synopses, and clinical news as published in the worldwide scientific literature in the fields of pain management, MS, movement disorder, HIV/AIDS, autoimmune and inflammatory disorders, opthalmology, and other specialties where cannabis therapy may demonstrate efficacy or patient benefit.
The CJMC is published four times a year on a quarterly basis.
We are pleased to announce that the first, second, third and fourth issues of Canadian Journal of Medical Cannabis are now available to be read online.

Cannabis operates on the endocannabinoid system to influence various gastrointestinal disorders and symptoms. Despite growing enthusiasm surrounding medical cannabis, a lack of high quality clinical trials investigating the effects of cannabis on gastrointestinal diseases prevents its approval as a primary treatment. The Canadian Journal of Medical Cannabis (CJMC) is pleased to announce a call for papers for potential inclusion in upcoming editions of the Journal.
With the rapidly changing use of medical cannabis in Canada, the CJMC is intended as the first scholarly clinical publication devoted to curating and disseminating discoveries concerning the therapeutic use of cannabis in patient care to Canadian physicians.
The CJMC is accepting the submission of original research reports, briefs, case studies, reviews, and expert commentary.
If you have a paper you would like to submit, commentary you would like to provide on current cannabis research, or an ancedote you would like to share from your practice we invite you to contact the Journal.
